By accessing and using VeriPadel, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service description

VeriPadel is a price comparison service for padel rackets. We collect prices from official brand stores and authorized retailers to help you find the best deal.

VeriPadel is NOT a store. We do not sell products directly. When you click a purchase link, we redirect you to the corresponding store where you make the purchase directly with them.

2. Affiliate disclosure

VeriPadel participates in affiliate programs. This means:

  • We earn a commission when you purchase a product through our links. This does not affect the price you pay.
  • Displayed prices are updated periodically, but may vary between when we show them and when you visit the store.
  • VeriPadel does not guarantee the availability or exact price of any product. The final price is determined by the store.

3. Information accuracy

We strive to display accurate and up-to-date information, but:

  • Prices are automatically updated daily. There may be a delay between the update and your visit.
  • Product specifications come from public sources and may contain errors.
  • Offers and discounts are subject to store availability.

Before purchasing, always verify the price and conditions at the destination store.

4. User accounts

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must provide truthful information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable use

By using VeriPadel, you agree to:

  • Not perform automated scraping or mass API access without authorization.
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system.
  • Not use the service for illegal activities or activities that harm other users.

6. Intellectual property

  • Original VeriPadel content (text, design, code) is the property of VeriPadel.
  • Brands, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners.
  • Price data is public information collected from accessible sources.

7. Limitation of liability

VeriPadel is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability.
  • Absolute accuracy of prices or specifications.
  • That affiliate links will work at all times.

In no event shall VeriPadel be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Spain.
